After reading the other two reviews, I felt that I needed to actually review the product and not the service of one particular retailer or how much a person wants to pay. We had the Stokke Sleepi system for our two children now age 5 and 2. We purchased the bassinet/crib set as we liked the size, company philosophy, and design. It is true that depending on how big your baby is when they are born, you may not use the bassinet for more than four months. My children were upwards of eight pounds at birth and very long, so they were both onto the crib by six months. I give five stars to the crib and bassinet, and I never had any issues dealing with the Stokke company. We actually purchased a second crib, the extension kit, two chairs, table placemats, and the changing table from Stokke.This bedding is nice as it is slim. It never made me worried that my children would get caught up in the sheet. I loved how the bumper is higher at the back and lower in the front to make it easy to see the baby if you place the bassinet close to your bed. The bedding washed well, but you need to hang it to dry or it might shrink. It lasted through many washings - my son spit up a lot. Don't let the other review worry you. If you are worried about the service, then purchase directly from Stokke or a baby store where you can buy it right then and there. Stokke is a great and helpful company, in my opinion.

They shipped me the wrong unitDid not answer the phone call and email for many attemptsAfter I complained to Amanzon, they sent me an email and tell me it will take several of weeks for investigation - I already sent them the picture of proof of the wrong unit, why they need several of weeks to investigate.Even that, several weeks have passed and still no answer from them

This is a $250 bedding set to be used for a very short duration of a child's life. It is not a crib! Although it does cost more than most cribs. We are big Stokke fans. But I would recommend skipping the bassinet size and going one size up. I think even the people at Stokke would agree. One person I spoke to there did. (Also, there is not a conversion kit to convert the larger Stokke size crib to the smaller bassinet. Since some people do reuse their cribs, this makes the whole thing unworkable.)
