I ordered this bedding being very excited to finally find bedding that has a canopy.Quality of product- Terrible. The sheet has elastic on it that seemed like it was dry rotted. All items were wrinkled which is to be expected after being enclosed in tight packaging so that was okay. The material was thin and scratchy. The only decent part of this bedding was the small ribbon which was threaded through. But is is like any ribbon you would find, nothing special.customer "service"-After I received the package I called about an item being missing. The company closes at 4pm and 1 pm on Fridays. Rachel, the only person who can apparently help with refunds or problems with orders leaves early. Its almost impossible to get a hold of them. One worker insisted that I email Rachel, which I did with no response. I also left a voice-mail message with no response. In order to make a return I needed a special code that only one person at the company is able to process-Rachel. The code needed to be placed inside the package with a tracking number and shipped within a particular time frame. Then you have to make sure you call the company back (hopefully you can get a hold of them again) and give them the tracking number. If you forget or do not do any steps above you forfeit your right to get the money back, even if they received your product according to the tracking number via UPS. This company makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE for you to get your money back and the rude customer service does not help the frustration.
