I overlooked this set many times online, but saw it in person at a popular baby store (whose mascot is a Giraffe). By buying the set through Amazon, I was able to save quite a bit of money. I bought some of the accessories from another vendor (whose name reminds you of looking for a needle in a haystack). My husband pointed out to me that I was originally picking very grownup decor for the nursery and that the decor was supposed to be for the baby to enjoy. This set was the perfect combination of grownup and whimsical for us. It looks very upscale paired with our chocolate colored furniture set and bronze window hardware. I am also using a bronze colored cafe rod with bronze clips to hang the comforter over the dresser. I drove the valance all over town looking for the perfect complementary curtains. I was so sure of myself that I would be bringing home navy colored shipsail curtains, but ended up finding a perfect match with Mainstays "Acorn" colored tabtop panels. I found a bronze outdoor clock with a thermometer and hydrometer that goes with the nautical theme of the room without turning it into a rental property at the beach.

Despite what it says in the product description the extra items mentioned like the mobile and nightlight etc. Are actually not included in this set. This item was placed on my baby registry because of all that it was supposed to include. I even emailed the company before placing it on the registry to verify everything came with the set. I was told yes all items were included. When my sister purchased it off the registry she did not receive all the items and weeks later is still fighting with the company. She was told the extra items were not included but they would let her buy them for ten percent off. She even forwarded them my email and they still have yet to send her the items. Only buy this product if you only want the bedding, otherwise you will get ripped off.
